At the end of the first telephone consultation or face-to-face and if your case requires a support, I will present the solutions and will send you a precise and detailed estimate in the form of a fee proposal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For a better predictability of my intervention, the fee proposal may take the form of:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1.   a lump sum tailored to your needs and situation;<\/li>\n
  2.   a time-based fee based on an estimated number of hours, subject to a maximum number of hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In certain situations, the fee proposal may include a fixed amount and a percentage of the money obtained or saved in the course of the case.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    If you agree to the fee proposal, you must return the initialled and signed agreement to the firm.
    The firm may also use electronic signatures at no extra cost and via a secure application.<\/p>\n

    The firm's intervention can then begin. As agreed in the fee agreement and in the first exchanges, you may be asked for a deposit before starting the intervention.<\/p>\n

    A detailed invoice will be given to you at the end of the service. In the case of long-term assistance, a statement of account will be sent to you on a regular basis in order to ensure the greatest possible transparency of the fees charged.<\/p>\n
