Mᵉ Jean-Baptiste Forest practises both as an advisor and in litigation in all fields of private law and more particularly in business law..

He holds two Master's degrees from the University of Panthéon-Assas in business law and banking and finance law respectively, as well as from the Paris Bar School. He has developed his field of activity around bank loans and commercial law for professionals and individuals.

With a wealth of professional experience acquired in French and American business law firms He will assist you in the creation of your company as well as in the acts specific to its operation.

Trained in the procedure technicalities before the Cour de cassation, he provides you with rigorous and personalised legal assistance for all your civil, contractual and commercial disputes.

Il a dispensé des enseignements de travaux dirigés en droit des sociétés à destination d’étudiants de troisième année de licence en droit, à l’Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), ainsi qu’en droit fiscal à l’École de Management Léonard de Vinci (EMLV).

Il occupe aujourd’hui les fonctions de Deputy Secretary General of the European Association for Banking and Finance Law (AEDBF France) since 2018.

Enfin, il exerce en français et en anglais.
